Furnace stopped working overnight - cold outside, big snow storm blowing through.
Service manager arrived within a few hours of our call in the morning, quickly identified the main problem, got the furnace up and running, explained likely causes, quoted on repairs that would be required to keep it running.
No pressure, no hard sell, no sales schtick, just clear answers to our numerous questions.
We asked about new vs. repairs, to compare costs. With current rebates + estimated energy cost savings vs. what it was going to cost to repair and keep running our old (builder supplied, very inefficient) furnace, it made sense to replace rather than repair.
The new furnace was in, up and running, toasty and warm the next morning. Stronger airflow, quieter. Should pay for itself in energy cost savings over the next 4 - 5 years.
Awesome service, friendly team. Great experience all around. Would recommend. Also happy that we bought a Canadian made furnace (Napoleon), support by a local company.
