Stone home, over 80 years of age, water seeping into basement through basement windows and old galvanized rusty pipes. Small crew dug a trench the whole side of the house by hand, right down to footings, and installed weeping tile, waterproofing and rubber sheeting. Two window wells were installed and old galvanized pipes were replaced with modern piping. A drain was installed in basement floor. Basement is now bone-dry. You would never know there was construction - yard and area excavated looks untouched. The crew was Russian and very hard working. We are thrilled with the job. Would highly recommend.
