I hired Moe to do my basement doors and baseboards. He came on time and finished the job to my satisfaction. He told me he also does IKEA kitchen installations. I contacted him in July to get a date, and he said end of month. I contacted again end of the month, and he pushed it out again to end of August. At the end of August he finally decided on Sep 6. I took the time of work and stayed at home. I messaged him a day before to reconfirm. He never responded. On the day of, I get a text message from him saying he won't be able to come. I called him, and he said he was going to send another guy but that guy called in sick. He had never mentioned to me that a different person would be coming to do my kitchen, and I mentioned this to him. He said give me a couple of hours and I will get back to you. I wait around on my day off for him, no message, no call. I finally message him around 11, to which he responds simply saying sorry for all the inconvenience, can't do your project. I asked him if he could commit to another date. No response! He did call me after reading this review.

This is after almost 2 months of waiting, my IKEA kitchen flat packs sitting in my basement for almost a month now, and him picking the date himself. Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional.
