Had to call police on him as he took a deposit and wouldn’t return it

Essentially he did a small job for us, he had to come back and he asked for a deposit of 120 we said okay he didn’t show up on time, than when he came to re quote a new job asked for the deposit. We sent it but than realized he wouldn’t be able to do the job properly now he won’t return deposit. We have filled a complaint with Toronto Police.
