Greg and his brothers Tony and Eddy, did a fantastic job on our flat roof and our adjoining neighbours. They removed the old gravel and tar, and the old sheathing (roofing board) which was water damaged and was giving our house a musty smell on hot summer days.
They came on a recommendation from a friend has used them before. We were told they probably would be expensive compared to others because they did very good work. It turned out their quote was very reasonable compared to the other 4 we got, and we were very happy with the final job. Because they have a large crew they were able to get in and out in just 2 days and a few extra hours on the third day. They left the surrounding area clean and they also oversaw the new flashing that was installed. They even had some of the flashing work re-done within a day (at no extra cost to us) until we were happy with the final look.
Good, reliable roofers are not easy to come by, I would highly recommend these guys for a flat roof or otherwise. They've been in business a long time and they know what they are doing. No more musty smell, no more leaks on the front porch. Our neighbour was very happy as well!
