Three Bro Squirrels Roofing Ltd.

Updating my review from 6+ years ago:

I've recently had problems with my gutters. The guys went up on the roof today and found mold, rotting wood, improper installation, wrong-sized nails used on the roofing that have caused the problems.

I was given a twenty year warranty on the new shingles by 3 Bros Squirrel, but am unable to find the receipt. Fortunately, I found my review for seven years ago, on this site, and am updating it.

I am down an extra $10,000 on these repairs and am frustrated and disappointed.

I have changed my rating from five stars to one, although the initial service, interaction and customer service was excellent.

Three Bros was the only roofer to follow up on a call I sent out on Homestars. I intended to get three estimates, but after meeting Toni, decided to go with his quote, which was the first. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous and made sure to explain every detail of the work that needed to be done.
A team of seven guys replaced the roof in a single day. They arrived on time and cleaned and tidied up before they left. Toni and his brothers make a great team - efficient and professional. More than satisfied!
