Three Bros did a fantastic Job on my home roofing project from beginning to end. Because it was too cold to start the job, they installed a tarp on the roof to prevent leaking. Several months later the crew showed up on time & started work immediately. After they removed the old shingles, they recommended that plywood be placed on top of the full roof before because the existing wood structure was in bad shape. Greg told me why this was needed, showed me pictures of the problems & told me what the extra cost was. This made sense - the house is 90 years old. Nonetheless, I went up on the roof & verified that they were right on the money. it would have been foolish to not do this. I also explained the history of leaking caused by ice damming on the roof. Greg had a solution for this - install a heating cable system on part of the roof and also install heating cables in the eavestroughs and downspouts. Once again he explained the cost & answered all of my questions patiently. So they did that work too, & routed the cabling in a way that was neat-looking and unobtrusive. The whole job was completed in three days, including a great cleanup. On top of this, they also tore down and replaced the brick chimney. I also went up on the roof to inspect that job & found again that the quality of the work was good.. evident. Over the years I've had 3 different roofing jobs done by others, with varied results. Great service, great quality! Respectful, polite & timely communications. I can't think of anything Greg and his team needs to improve (& I'm a business performance improvement consultant). I'd recommend these guys to anybody.
