1. I FONDLY refer to Ben as my " borderline OCD Plumber" ( OCD in the best possible way !!!)
We recently completed two extensive bathroom renos's. A couple days into the job my husband, who rarely takes notice, commented on how meticulous Ben's work was, how he clearly takes pride in what he does.....and what a shame it was that in the end his work would be all be hidden behind drywall!!! Jokes aside..... Clean and meticulous (not to mention 100% punctual) from start to finish.
2. 100% accountability. Anyone who's been through Renovations knows things don't always go as planned; mistakes happen even with best "intentions" and close "attentiveness".
We had one such mishap but Ben took full responsibility and immediately assured us that all would be taken care of. He was true to his word and what more could anyone ask for?
