Tristian proved to be very knowledgeable, through and friendly when inspecting our first home purchase. He answered questions honestly, and was happy to have us go with him throughout the inspection. The report arrived the next day as promised; it was well organized and easy to understand. The photos helped us keep track of which areas of the house will need attention first. He was punctual, came prepared and completed the job within the expected time frame. Highly recommended!
