Lance showed up before the estimated arrival time and was very courteous and respectful during his 3 hour visit. Lance not only dealt with the damaged toilet he inspected the other 2 toilets, making an adjustment to one of them. I truly appreciated his expertise as leaks in upstairs toilets could be quite costly.
Lance was terrific.
