My mother who is a widower hired this company to do some Eavestrough work, and paid in full by cheque on December 20th, 2015. On December 29th, she noticed water gushing past the kitchen window, and when she went outside to investigate, noticed that the work had not been done correctly; the piping coming from the second floor was not attached to anything. She called immediately to report the issue, and was informed by the gentleman on the phone that he had been on the job personally, and it had been done to standard. Again, she emphasised that she was watching water gushing down from the roof and pooling around the foundation of the house. He said that he would send out a truck to investigate. My mother didn't hear anything else until January 4th 2016, when the company left a message on her phone saying that they had tried to get in the back gate of the garden, but it was blocked. There may have been snow on the ground, but when we checked the gate after that call, the gate was unlocked and the yard was fully accessible. My mother called several times to try and connect with someone, and can only reach an answering machine. She left a message and nobody has responded. Meanwhile, it is now January 10th, her cheque has been cashed, and with this mild and rainy winter, water continues to gush from the roof and pool around the foundation of the house.
