I have been calling on Pristine Plumbing for years and they have helped with drainage, toilets, and hot water heaters. Daniel, Michael, and Andrew have been courteous, prompt, professional, and friendly since the beginning. They stand by their work and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our four unit townhouse had not had the sump pump and drainage serviced for 15+ years. Pristines knowledge and experience was reflected in their thorough assessment and in the necessary repairs and updates. It required a fair amount of digging under concrete, paving stones, heavy gravel and removing stair treads. Not only was the work done to perfection but Daniel and Chris did an amazing job to put it back together when they weee done. They showed up early and worked hard to get it completed in a few. Top notch professional plumbers! A simple laundry tub replacement became a major project when I found a pinhole leak in my 43 year old copper pipe. Turned to Home Stars to find a plumber and couldn’t be more happy with the service from Pristine. They listened to my concerns and did exactly what was needed at a good price. They spotted an additional hot water tank issue that was not to code and fixed it.
The team was on time, professional and keep me in the loop during the work.

I will be using them again for any plumbing work in my house.

There had been a small leak from the toilet and the inside of the water tank was in bad shape as the internal parts were beginning to fail, since it was almost 20 years old. We called a plumber we used before for something else and left three messages and never got a reply. I looked for reviews at the HomeStars site and found such excellent reviews including recent ones regarding this company.
We called it and were able to book a repair person without any problems and able to come in two days' time at an appointed time.
Christopher arrived at the exact time and he was courteous, professional and evaluated the situation, taking pictures before proposing solutions.
It was decided to get a new toilet, and he was able to pick it up right away and install it leaving the bathroom clean and tidy after verifying that it was working correctly.
We will use the company again when needed.

Provided some repair options/thoughts and saved us a few dollars throughout his process. This company was honest and we really appreciate their business acumen. Daniel was great in the booking department and scheduling, and explained what to expect. Michael G was the plumber sent out.

We discovered a leak in an old drain pipe in our basement. I called Pristine Plumbing in the morning and by mid day, Michael was sent to fix it. He did fantastic work, explained everything really well to us, inspected the remaining old pipes for potential future damage and got everything fixed within a short amount of time. We are incredibly grateful for the quick service and the excellent work done. We’ll definitely call Pristine Plumbing for future jobs!

I really appreciate the job that was done by Christopher. He was very patient, professional and courteous. He took the time to accomplish our improvement request even though he had already completed his job. He was happy to improve the sewage flow. He went beyond my expectations.

my rental shower had a leak and I reached out to the team at Pristine, they asked if the leak was an emergency or can it wait one day. I told this it could wait and they slotted me in right away. the work was professional and stress free. they showed up when they said they would fixed the leak and even answered all my annoying questions when i was trying to learn.

We had a large drain repair that requires the pipe to be replaced. Michael from Pristine Plumbing came and diagnosed the problem right away. He explained what needed to be done. He’s friendly and courteous and answered all questions I asked about the job. Very professional. He finished the work efficiently and in timely manner and did a good clean up afterwards. Sometime that night the sink starts to back up. I emailed Pristine Plumbing and Daniel responded right away. We work out for a time so Michael can come to snake the plugged sink.
