Was referred to Daniel(Pristine) by my almost retired plumber. Daniel was great- on time, respectful of my home, professional, honest. Cleaned up after the job, explained each step he did- took photos along the way.
All in all a good experience.

We called Pristine Plumbing a couple times for different problems over the span of about 4 months. They had done some work for me in the past as well so they were the first ones I called. Michael came out both times and solved all the issues (shut off valves not working for toilets, non working water pressure regulator valve & hot water tank expansion valve). I always appreciate the explanation of why things happen & what my options are. I would leave another Google review for them too but looks like I am only allowed to leave one per company, I also recommend them anytime someone asks for a plumber. Don't hesitate to call them!

I can only have next day appointment as they were booked up. Daniel came on time, listened to the problem and gave quote. He worked very hard with snake and camera to find the blockage. He was patient and thorough. The blockage is due to roots got into broken pipe under ground. He grinded down and cleared the blockage. He also advised on follow up repair and maintenance.

Daniel saved the day and my basement suite! Cleared the multiple blockages and went above and beyond to camera and snake multiple times to ensure a job well done.

We have always found them to be punctual, knowledgeable and fair in their pricing. It certainly makes a difference to have accredited journeymen solve your problems and back their work up with a reasonable guarantee. They take pride in their work and the results attest to that.

We had a leak in the main water line somewhere under the foundation of the house. There was no way to determine precisely where the leak was, and we were facing a full line replacement around the perimeter with substantial disruption and cost. Daniel diagnosed there was a high probability the leak was coming from directly below where the line enters the house from under the foundation, likely from a fitting that brings the line to vertical and into the house. He suggested cutting through the foundation where the line enters from below, and was confident thats where the leak would be and that it could be repaired. He was the only contractor who recommended this approach over going straight to the full line replacement. We went ahead and the leak was right where Daniel expected it would be, with a failed fitting that brings the line to vertical. Daniel had everything repaired and closed back up in less than a day, with a new fitting that is far more robust than the one that failed. He saved us tens of thousands of dollars and the significant disruption that would have come with a full line replacement. I cannot say enough about how impressed we are with Pristine Plumbing.
