Daniel and his team came on to finish what another contractor had made a mess of. Pristine's team are friendly and polite, showed up on time, worked hard, finished ahead of schedule and worked with the city to pass inspections and correct any issues. The bill had a few small unexpected extras but to counter those they took a look at some other plumbing issues while on site. I will happily call them back for any future plumbing requirements and am pleased to have one more trades company that I can call and trust.

Tenants called to tell me the bathtub faucet was leaking...the first plumber I called didn't turn up. Then I called Pristine. They came the next day, did a great job, provided a detailed invoice, were very polite and professional. The cost seemed high, but I don't know what others would have charged and the job was done well, on time.

We planned a kitchen and bathroom renovation and required a plumber to install our dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, sinks, faucets and run a new line from the sink to the water dispenser. We found Pristine Plumbing on Homestars. They came highly recommended. Daniel was quick to give us a reasonable quote and was very flexible with his times despite his busy schedule. He got the job done efficiently and was very good at troubleshooting. He gave us multiple options and upgraded our existing outdated pipes with new ones. He double and triple checked his work and didn't leave until he was satisfied. He also applied for a plumbing inspection at the end of his work and accommodated it to my schedule.

All in all we are very happy with Pristine Plumbing and they are now the first ones we call for all our plumbing needs.

Pristine Plumbers repaired two hose pipes outside and installed a new shutoff valve to be used seasonally. Daniel also replaced pipes under the kitchen sink and 'snaked' everything for better flow. He explained in detail every aspect of the work he was doing which I really appreciated.
