They arrived on time and completed the work in a timely, courteous and professional manner. I was able to pay with my debit card too!

We had a slow leak in our hot water tank and had used Daniel's company before for a drain issue. Daniel came out the next day, assessed the situation and the work we wanted done. He provided a detailed quote and was able to start the work in just a few days. They executed the work quickly and with little disruption to our business. We would confidently use Daniel's crew again and recommend to others.

Daniel's assessment of the situation was spot on, no surprises. His co-worker was personable and worked steady throughout the day to get the job done. Genuine, good people. This company is a winner.

Daniel was prompt with a reply / quote for the job. He was polite and very professional. He was running a bit late for the appointment he called and kept me in the loop. New tank was installed, old one removed - very quick and Daniel was very good about cleaning everything up. We would recommed Pristine no issues.

2 jobs done exceptionally well!
1) Clogged kitchen sink - the problem identified and sorted out. Clean, professional work. Very satisfied. Will call again for any future repairs.
2) One of our outdoor drains required cleaning, and in addition it was challenging to access it. Again, the service we received was exceptional, everything cleaned, scrubbed and taken care of with great professionalism.
Happy & impressed with their efficiency, professionalism and, yes, also fast response.

A week earlier I was trying to install a new faucet in the kitchen & realized the shut off valves weren't functional. In addition a rubber gasket disintegrated & almost completely blocked any water from flowing out of the old faucet. As the water shutoff to my condo was outside of the unit this meant I had no choice but to call a plumber...but who to choose?

After reading many reviews on many plumbing services I chose Pristine Plumbing and Drainage for 2 reasons: their good rating AND their name... I was not disappointed. They arrived on the scheduled day on time, clean cut, smartly dressed & with an excellent work ethic. They saved the day because the next day I had a houseful of guests coming and the kitchen faucet HAD to be operable.

Not only do I HIGHLY recommend them but the next time I need a plumber I'll be calling Daniel & Michael. You can truly trust Pristine Plumbing and Drainage to do the job! :)

This is the first review I have ever wrote...but this one needed to be written.
I cannot say enough about Daniel and Pristine Plumbing & Drainage. When I called Daniel, he was very professional, courteous and honest. I needed a quote for a small T/H complex for work to be done on the drain tile system. It had not been done before and the owners were concerned of its condition.
Daniel came out the same day to do a visual inspection as well as answer any questions we had. One of the other owners and myself were very impressed with how he explained the whole process of the Hydro Flushing & Camera Inspection. Once our strata council agreed on the work to be done, Pristine Plumbing was unanimously chosen. Daniel and his partner Mike, started work right on time and were busy for the whole day.
Our strata council was very pleased with the work and the professionalism, as well as the fact of our quote being exactly what was charged.
Our strata council has already notified our Strata Property Management Company, to recommend Pristine Plumbing & Drainage to their other strata complexes for all plumbing or drainage needs.

With a house full of guests our "Hot Water Tank" blew! Pristine came within 30 minutes!! Daniel saved the day and provided "Superior Service" to say the least, clean cut , polite, professional, and this type of service is "VERY rare in today's world", Pristine installed a brand new gas hot water tank, gave easy to understand explanation of our new tanks operation, from start to finish just under 2 hours! Had a backed up shower drain that I tried to use a snake with myself. Was still blocked, called and the block must have moved after my attempt, was gone by the time they showed up. Got them to do the work anyway with a better snake and they were very gracious, did a good job and I hope I don't have any issues again for quite sometime now.
