The plumbing problem was solved. He did a great job, was diligent to find the fault and conducted himself in a professional manner.

We sprung a leak where the main pipe to our property meets the city water supply, and needed to get it identified and fixed immediately.

Pristine wasn't the cheapest, but I appreciated that they gave a fixed price (others were more wishy-washy) and could complete the work right then and there.

They identified the problem, replaced a cheap plastic part with a copper one, and did a good job of cleaning up the worksite.

I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Prestine plumbing did an excellent job. Not only did they clean my drain tiles, they located the problem of why they were not draining properly. As such, the uncovered 2 sumps that I did not know about and fixed a broken pump. They went above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer experience.

We recently had Daniel and his crew out to our home to replace our aging drain tile system. Of course this is a major commitment . His quote was prompt and self explanitory. He started and completed the job on time and budget. His crew was respectfull of our property and allways explanied when we had questions. Daniel answered my calls and texts when needed. Our yard was left is the best condition possible due the type of job.

Daniel and his team were very professional and were wonderful to deal with. Daniel is a great communicator and gave us a heads up on all the work he was doing and any potential issues we might run into. Overall they did a great job and we are very happy and would happily hire Pristine again.

Daniel and his team are excellent. I have had two floods in my basement. Each time I was told by the person servicing us that all we needed to have the drain tiles flushed. After have flushed three times in as many years the problem just kept getting worse. Called Daniel last summer. He came to the house within a day, performed a camera inspection and provided a quote. I had a builder friend and he said the quote was reasonable so I decided to go ahead. His crew showed up the following week as promised. After a few obstacles, 8" of concrete to get through and 7 feet of digging to get down to the drain tiles the job was completed on time and my yard was left clean and tidy. I have waited until now to post a review to see how the drain tiles would perform during the wet weather. I am please to report that our basement has never been drier. I would recommend Daniel and Pristine to anyone.

Daniel did a great job by fixing the problem in a timely manner. Good communication with pictures before and after. The quality of conversation is top notch!

They were awesome. Called with an asap call for my rental suite. This is the only showe my tenants have. So I needed the repair to be done ASAP. Called several people. Michael was great. He had Daniel there first thing the next morning. They called with an estimate. Saved me money by finding a screw and not buying a whole part. They were honest and great. I highly recommend them.

Daniel and his crew mapped out and installed perimeter drains along the sides of my garage. They dug everything out by hand, chiseled out the retaining wall to run the drain through and was careful to avoid the gas lines. They were able to finish the job in two days and everything was done neatly. I like that they picture documented the drainage lines before back filling to ensure that everything was done to code. They are very professional and courteous! It was a pleasure working with them and I would definitely hire them again!

After we discovered the problem, we called a few place. Some of the places I called had very bad telephone manners and On top of that would not be able to tell us when they would show up nor give us an idea abouut the cost. This was not the case with Pristine plumbing, Daniel was very polite and as he was the person who would perform the work, was able to give us a fixed price and a rime we could expect them. They showed up on time, performed the work and cleaned up after themselves. Daniel was polite in person as he was over the phone. I was very happy with the service I received.
