Over the past couple of years, we noticed that some of our windows were becoming foggy and condensation was an issue between the panes of glass. Last year we received several quotes for complete window replacement and the average cost was $22000.00. This year we decided to see if just the panes of glass themselves could be replaced. After investigating and getting a couple of quotes we decided to go with KlearPro Window Solutions. Steve was great. He arrived, took measurements and provided the quote within a day. Once we gave him the go ahead he returned and remeasured and ordered the glass panes. Everything was ready when he said it would be and he returned to install about 10 days later. He wasn't happy with the fit of two of the panes so he sent them back to be redone. He returned about 1 week later and installed the remaining glass. We are very happy with the outcome. Clear, clean windows, no stress and a fraction of the cost of new windows. We ended with 18 panes of glass replaced which is equivalent to 9 windows and 1 larger than average sliding glass door at 42% of the cost of new windows. Daniel and his team are excellent. I have had two floods in my basement. Each time I was told by the person servicing us that all we needed to have the drain tiles flushed. After have flushed three times in as many years the problem just kept getting worse. Called Daniel last summer. He came to the house within a day, performed a camera inspection and provided a quote. I had a builder friend and he said the quote was reasonable so I decided to go ahead. His crew showed up the following week as promised. After a few obstacles, 8" of concrete to get through and 7 feet of digging to get down to the drain tiles the job was completed on time and my yard was left clean and tidy. I have waited until now to post a review to see how the drain tiles would perform during the wet weather. I am please to report that our basement has never been drier.
