Pristine Plumbing & Drainage

At some point in the last few weeks, one of my sewer lines under my house had become backed up and got disconnected. The raw sewage was leaking into an unfinished crawl space and went unnoticed for several weeks. The odor finally crept into the premise which lead to the discover of the issue. I called Pristine Pluming and they came first thing in the morning the next day. Daniel arrived promptly at the arranged time to investigate. Access to the crawlspace is extremely limited with only a tiny air vent door that Daniel had to squeeze through to get in. Daniel discovered the issue but due to the confined space and the pooling of raw sewage, he was not able to access the pipe to make the repairs. I contacted a separate restoration company
to come clean up the mess. Meanwhile, Daniel cleared the main sewer line that caused the backup in the first place. Daniel helped me coordinate the cleanup with the restoration company and returned the next day to complete the repairs after the raw sewage had been cleaned up. Daniel did the pipe repairs and checked all the other pipes to see if there were any other leaks. This was a difficult job working in such a confined space and toxic environment. Daniel was polite, professional, and prompt the entire time. The costs were all clear and presented up front. Pristine Plumbing did amazing job and helped us through this plumbing nightmare. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

It was a positive experience from the moment I reached out to Pristine for a quote to have two toilets installed. Daniel was prompt with his response times and scheduling was super easy. Michael came to do the work and was a true professional from the get go. Another company quoted me 3 times more than what Pristine charged me. Make sure to call around to avoid the few nasty companies out there.

Very satisfied with Pristine Plumbing. We had a leaking hot water tank at our business. They came out within 24 hours of us calling and replaced the tank within 48 hours. Very, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. We will be using them for any future plumbing needs that may come up.

We were thrilled with the work Andrew and Michael just did for us. Our main sink water pipe into our condo unit had disconnected and slipped back into the wall, so we needed someone to look at it asap. We had some issues before, but this time it was not something we could fix alone. Their team was on it! They were fully able to look at it the same day, but we opted for the following day due to our work schedule, but still feared a big bill.

To our pleasant surprise, Andrew and Michael arrived on time and were both fantastic and immediately made us feel at ease. They were very friendly and courteous, extremely knowledgable, and created a fantastic experience out of a bad situation. They gave us the option of just a minor fix to get it working, or to replace all the piping for a bit more (it was not up to code and was practically falling apart). The choice was easy so we replaced all the piping. It was only a few hundred dollars for our particular job, which was a small price to pay for the peace of mind we won't need to worry about our sink for a long time!!

We had a problem with a toilet that kept leaking internally. I connected to Daniel at Pristine Plumbing via their website and within two hours he called and arranged for Michael to come to our house later that day.

He was puzzled by the problem and suggested a solution which was to change one of the parts.

The problem persisted and I called Daniel who responded promptly. He considered the situation and sent Micheal out a second time to try a second solution. His hunch was correct and the problem was solved. I was not charged for the second call.

I now have a toilet with completely new interior parts and my problem is solved.

Both Michael and Daniel were very pleasant to work with and more importantly stand by their work.

my house a few hours later. I told him that it’s not an emergency and could wait for a few days.

I needed 4 things done:
1. The sink in the master bedroom leaked
2. The shower in the main bathroom leaked and had a tear
3 The water tank in the bathroom downstairs kept running non-stop
4. Installation of a garbage disposal

Michael came, repaired, and installed promptly and professionally. I am extremely satisfied with his professionalism and courteous service. Can’t believe my luck.

Daniel and his team of Michael and Andrew were very professional and meticulous in their work. Daniel explained what my best options were and provided me with a quote the same day. All permits and call to BC 1 were done prior to work being done and the job was completed in three days with a fourth day required for the city inspection which passed. The team did their very best to preserve my lawn and did a very good job back filling and replacing the grass sections. Work area was left spotless and you could not tell that a trench had been dug. Given the quality of workmanship and warranty provided, I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel and Pristine Plumbing.
