At some point in the last few weeks, one of my sewer lines under my house had become backed up and got disconnected. The raw sewage was leaking into an unfinished crawl space and went unnoticed for several weeks. The odor finally crept into the premise which lead to the discover of the issue. I called Pristine Pluming and they came first thing in the morning the next day. Daniel arrived promptly at the arranged time to investigate. Access to the crawlspace is extremely limited with only a tiny air vent door that Daniel had to squeeze through to get in. Daniel discovered the issue but due to the confined space and the pooling of raw sewage, he was not able to access the pipe to make the repairs. I contacted a separate restoration company
to come clean up the mess. Meanwhile, Daniel cleared the main sewer line that caused the backup in the first place. Daniel helped me coordinate the cleanup with the restoration company and returned the next day to complete the repairs after the raw sewage had been cleaned up. Daniel did the pipe repairs and checked all the other pipes to see if there were any other leaks. This was a difficult job working in such a confined space and toxic environment. Daniel was polite, professional, and prompt the entire time. The costs were all clear and presented up front. Pristine Plumbing did amazing job and helped us through this plumbing nightmare. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.
