Daniel and Andrew did a great job. Daniel responded promptly to my request for a quote. They arrived on time and worked efficiently through the day to finish the job of replacing all the Poly B water lines. I definitely will call them if I have any plumbing problems in the future and I have already recommended them to neighbours.

Due to COVID-19, I happen to be in a situation of self-isolation in the basement of our house with a broken foot. In heavy rain the basement floods.

Pristine Plumbing cleared blockages in our perimeter drainage. They were able to fit us in quickly. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable and explained each step in the process. They were persistent and thorough in locating, inspecting, and clearing all pipes and sumps in the system. Daniel showed us pictures, explained the issues and made recommendations. Great customer service! I will use them again in future and I already recommended them to others.

Came, resolved a recurring issue and identified why our plumbing problem kept happening - something that our previous plumber didn't do. Firm believer in the quality of top ranked Homestar providers. Residing in Ontario, my elderly parents in Vancouver had a couple of old toilets that needed servicing. Very simple cross country arrangement. My parents found Daniel & Andrew from Pristine Plumbing to be polite, kind, and a pleasure to work with. They even came back twice to do minor adjustments at no cost! Price was more than fair, switching out two toilet valves. Our son managed to get a toy ball stuck inside the toilet. Daniel was quick to respond, friendly and very professional. The obstruction was difficult to remove, but with some great problem solving, he was able to get the ball out . I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber. Had a number of plumbing issues: shower drain leak, 2 running toilets, and toilet seat replacement needed. The shower drain leak seems to be fixed and the toilets no longer running.

We were bothered by the fact that he did not put any protective sheet over the floor when he cut open the ceiling to fix the shower drain - chunks of ceiling material were falling and damaging the hardwood floor (suggest to be aware and protect in the future).

For one of the running toilets, Daniel said he probably could not find the replacement part needed in the tank and strongly suggested getting a new toilet as he could spend "days" looking for the part and we would be charged more in the long run. With no expectation whatsoever of needing to replace the toilet, we were very reluctant to lose the current toilet, but fearing a delay and higher cost, we agreed to a new one he proposed. Never having shopped for a toilet, we trusted him on his selection of toilet. When he dragged in the new toilet, all the little pebbles stuck to the box damaged our hardwood floor, which he may not have realized. After installation, we discovered it was uncomfortably high for the petite users (the "old" toilet was still pristine in appearance with an appropriate height and comfortable style).

The other toilet he fixed by replacing the water fill valve - a simple fix thankfully.

The toilet seat he replaced was at first too short to cover the bowl rim so sitting was very uncomfortable. He did return to replace with a non-slow-close lid that fits better.

I had dreaded calling plumbers because of past experiences. Daniel was quick to respond, was friendly and polite, and I had high hopes for him based on all his stellar reviews. At the outset, his quote was higher than expected, but being in need of repairs sooner rather than later, we felt pressured to make a decision and reluctantly agreed, hoping the high price would reflect better value and greater satisfaction. Although we didn't get quite what we expected, Daniel is a professional concerned about his customer's satisfaction, and has been willing to work with us to make it right. That can go a long way in gaining the trust of a client.

Daniel was quick to call upon my message. Service tech sent on time, knew exactly what was needed and brought all supplies. Efficient & effective fix to my issue. Explained & showed it what he did.
