Love the guys at Pristine, they're very quick to identify the problem and resolve the situation. In this case they discovered sediment deposits and copper shavings clogging the water valve and leak.
Second time using Pristine Plumbing in the past 2 months, and I'll definitely call them again the next time I have any future plumbing issues.
