Pristine Plumbing & Drainage

I contacted Pristine Plumbing and Drainage in December 2019 concerning ground water ingress into an addition on my home. I was impressed with the company from my first meeting with Daniel who came out to assess the extent of the problem. He had equipment that enabled him to identify the location of the drainage pipes eliminating the need to dig up a large portion of the yard. The remediation work was extensive, but each step was clearly explained to me. The job was completed quickly with a minimum of disruption and within the quote I was given. The water ingress was completely resolved as were the overall drainage issues.
I called the company about a month later regarding some sealant seepage and they returned within a day to fix it. These guys are expert at what they do, have great customer service and are personable and forthright. I highly recommend them.
