Roy came in gave me a nice quote on opening a wall up, so we set up the time. On the construction date he should up on time, and had the job done by the end of the day. He was very easy to deal with and had no problem answering any questions I had. He's a hard worker and the help he brought with him for this job was also courteous and easy to talk to. He gave me exactly what I had asked for, so it doesn't get any better than that when hiring a contractor.

Roy Conner of Conner and Associates was referred to us by the interior designer we hired when we renovated our downtown condominium. He was professional yet he had an easygoing quality about him that immediately put us (and even our cat) at ease. He made us feel comfortable discussing our ideas by not baffling us with technical jargon. As the job progressed he proved to be reliable, conscientious, courteous and an absolute perfectionist. We quickly learned that if Roy is doing a project for us, we could have peace of mind that the work will be done beautifully and in a professional manner.

When we moved and purchased another condo, this one an estate sale and an almost complete gut job, we called Roy. If he wasn’t available to do the job, we weren’t going to buy it. With this second project our appreciation for Roy’s work grew. His knowledge is extensive. There wasn't a problem he couldn't solve. In the end we could not have been more pleased.

We run a language centre in an office building with numerous classrooms, offices, computer room, and childcare centre. Our Centre is extremely busy with hundreds of people coming through daily. We were looking to give the Centre a facelift; by painting, new carpet, soundproofing, new tiles in the childcare bathroom including plumbing, wiring for phone and internet connection from one floor to another. It also included converting an existing office space into 2 smaller offices with a common meeting room. We researched and got quotes from various contractors. Conner & Associates came in with the most reasonable quote (actually the in between quote) and we chose them to do the work. They were efficient and professional finishing the job quickly (during March break his team came in) maintaining the quality of work. We would definitely recommend this company and would use them again for future projects.
