This is our 2nd time using Conner and Associates. The first time was amazing and so was this time. What a wonderful experience we had again with Roy and his crew. Very professional, meticulous and creative. We had some of our main floor, basement and bathroom redone. We are so pleased with how everything turned out. We couldn't have asked for anything more! Will definitely refer him to all my friends and family.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Roy Conner. He returned my calls, showed up on time, provided a written estimate the next day and executed the project within 2 weeks. He's a gentleman and a man of his word. Truly treated us like we were a priority. Mr. Conner has outstanding Associates including Adrian his paint contractor. Excellent job, and Adrain left the house neat and tidy each day. Such a pleasure to have working in my home. Electricians Kyle and Melisa were simply outstanding. I had a minor issue somewhat unrelated to the scope of work and Kyle and Melisa came back on Sunday evening to troubleshoot and address the issue. My wife and I are truly touched by the professionalism and dedication that we received by each member of this team of professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We actually found Roy on homestars. We're glad we hired him to do our renovation. Roy and his crew were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We had them update our kitchen, install hardwood floors throughout, sanding and staining of our oak staircase and a brand new powder room. We couldn't be happier with the results and will be hiring them for future renovations.

As a first time home buyer, my family and I had very little knowledge of homes, the kind of work required in homes, as well as just how difficult it is to get things right.

Several people I had called were either unresponsive, rude, or impatient with me and my family.
Roy stepped in where other people were willing to look the other way. Throughout the entire process, his communication with me was consistent and accommodating. He and his entire team were patient, courteous, respectful and understanding to all of our needs and preferences with respect to this project.

Whether it was a full washroom renovation, or simple household repairs on our new home (which is a bit of an older building) Roy and his guys were there to help.

Additionally, Roy is an expert at completing complex and unconventional tasks relating to the house. His knowledge and experience with building homes is really extensive and he is able to address every concern regarding every aspect of a home.

The whole team's craftsmanship is impeccable and they take pride in the work they accomplish, even if it inconveniences them in doing so at times because they want to get things done right and they want to see the client satisfied.

I do not have any regrets with my decision to have worked with Conner and Associates, the road was long and at a few times difficult, but at the end of it all everything was completed professionally and I myself have learned so much more than I could have thought possible as a first-time home owner.

Roy and his team did full renovations of two of my bathrooms, from demo to the final finishes. The rooms turned out beautifully, and are now my favourite rooms in my home. Roy is extremely professional, trustworthy, meticulous and a true perfectionist at his work, but also conscientious of costs and considered alternatives where appropriate. The team also took extreme care in making sure the work areas are contained and clean, and was very respectful of my schedule. I would 100% call Roy again for work in the future.
