Do NOT EVER go with Shem from Goshen Contracting. He makes promises he never keeps. He takes your money as a deposit and you wait months for the work to be done and not what he promised. He is cheap and you get what you pay for. Shoddy work. Takes on more work then he can handle and you are stuck with him because you gave him a deposit. He then will promise to come and never shows up. Extremely hard to reach by phone. Once he knows your phone number he won't answer his cell.
