So I chose this company because the previous owners got there real property report from these guys. I heard if you use the same company for things like this you get a deal. Anyways of course they took forever!!! Anything that has to go threw the city takes forever!!. But that isnt it. We get the call to come pick up our report we get there and they didn make any changes that we had done to the deck and hottub. Thats why im getting a report done!!! Then they say they will mail it to my lawyer but NO!!! Not recommended and out of your way!!
