Tarah, the customer service representative, for this company is outstanding. She really was relentless at ensuring that I was happy and completely satisfied with the service provided. There were some problems with the actual repair job that was completed on my drying machine. After the work was completed Tarah reached out to me (I had not contacted the company to complain) and when I told her about the problems I was encountering she followed through, contacting me on several occasions, to rectify the situation. The care and concern she provided far exceeded my expectations.
