I had a problem with my clothes washer...
...the softener container would not drain; I called and got an appointment for the next day. The tech (Merv) arrived within the expected window (12PM-6PM) and called about 30 minutes before arriving; he examined the problem and spent the bulk of his visit (45 minutes) taking care of the clog that was preventing the container from emptying. My machine now works like it should! VERY happy with the outcome: a bit pricey, but cheaper than having to replace the machine!
