We would not recommend this company to anyone. They didn't do what they promised they would do on their initial call. It is better to deal with a service person directly who can do the work, and describe what work and parts they will need.

When a request for service is being discussed it is our policy to provide full disclosure for the costs for repair at all times. We offer a flat fee for repair which is disclosed at time of booking and that parts are additional and will be quoted on site. As we cannot make a diagnosis over the phone to know whether a part is required or not.
We received the call saying that we did not quote that parts were additional. To resolve the dispute we offered to play back the recording to make sure that we did provide full disclosure to the client. I told her it was our policy to give full disclosure and that we would pull up the recording if she like. She kept insisting that she was not told that parts were additional. Again we offered to pull up the recording and she said "no thank you" and that" I am going to post a bad review" and hung up.
The customer was unwilling to listen to the recording which would have easily clarified that we did in fact provide full disclosure to our pricing. It is unreasonable of the customer to expect a diagnosis over the phone and for us to describe the work and parts that would be needed without looking at the issue and Instead of resolving the matter diplomatically the customer preferred to bash our company instead.
