Couldn't be less satisfied with this Company. First off I had Mike {Technician} come to my house. Excellent guy, Knowledgeable and kind. I needed the door gasket of a pretty much brand new washing machine fixed that leaked. the cost of the job with labour and parts was half the price of a washing machine, but since my machine was so new I figured It should be fixed.
Mike came and did the job in a timely fashion and left. I did a wash a couple of days later on a sunday and there was a slight leak coming from underneath the washing machine. Nothing major, but still a leak. I called the number that was left on my caller ID back and went to voicemail. I left a message and waited for a callback. Never got one.
Thinking maybe it was something else 2 weeks later I needed to do laundry again. Did it, same small leak. same call on sunday and same not reutrned.
3 weeks had gone by now. Another week later I needed to do a small wash again. Same leak again. This time instead of calling back the number that called my house I called the number for ottawa on the website and finally got through.
I told the operator that I had not received my invoice at all yet for the work that was done and that the washing machine was leaking ever since his tech left my house.
The response was, the leak that is coming from the bottom now has nothing to do with what they did and I would have to pay again to have it diagnosed and fixed!!!!
I told him the soap tray doesnt sit correctly anymore since the work was done. It slightly pops out and is crooked, that I had called in with no response and asked him to check the voicemails, there should be a trail.
The first words out of his techs mouth when I met him was "Wow this washing machine is literally brand new, too bad for the tiny rip in the gasket"
And now they expect me to believe that something random happened somwhere on it right after the tech left that was not an issue before the entire machine was taken apart.
I will post 3 pictures. one of the leak, the other of how the crooked tray now sits and another of how the tray in the dryer sits nice and flush like the washer use to.

I am sorry for the confusion. The form that you got is a standard warranty form. It says that IF the problem you have is not related to the problem we fixed then you will pay again. If the leak is coming from the same place and is the same as last time of course it will be free of charge.
As for the phone number, please use the website or the invoice phone number. The outgoing number is random and controlled by the phone company we use. Sorry about the confusion.
