Took my $100. Didn't call, the man name Jason just disappear. I phoned them, ask where's the part from Fridge. Instead of $125 for the part, charged me extra $800. Refuse to refund. The woman name Lilli or Lillie hung up a phone. No my money. Fridge still needs a water valve. I was trying contact a manager. There're no email address or manager's contact phone. Do not use their service. it's SCUM

Unfair review and 100% incorrect. Client paid $95 for a service call and not $800. We advised the client that the part she needs is very expensive and will take time to arrive as Viking parts coming from the states.
Not sure how the $95 we charged for the service call become $800... Not sure how we are responsible to Viking part prices... Anyway I will be happy to refund the $95. Please call the customer service (opens 8am to 9am daily) in order to get the refund.
