Took over 6 weeks for complete repair and estimate kept changing. After the initial repair it was discover something else was wrong.
I don't know if the initial repair was necessary. The cost of repair was just below of installing a new and updated dishwasher.
The service dates was arrange and canceled twice and when I called I was told the I can cancel my request.
I felt that I was being blamed for their incompetence.

We are sorry for your inconvenience, unfortunately when the technician diagnosed and repaired the first problem , the second underlying problem presented itself, there were lots of shorts and wires loose in the electronics and I understand your mainboard caught fire and was badly damaged ,it It was not possible to detect the second faulty board without the first repair as in order to test the components they all have to be in working order. I appreciate your frustration with the cancellations. All of our suppliers use purolator and they are overwhelmed ever since Canada post threatened to strike https://ca.trustpilot.com/review/purolator.ca . There would have been no point in keeping those cancelled appointments without the part to install. I also understand that your dishwasher was repaired successfully.
