Washing machine troubleshooting
After the freezing holidays break, our washing machine stopped working. I called Repair Care based on the reviewed I read on the internet. The representative was very clear in the explanation on how they proceed and the fact that they have a flat rate ($240 + tax). I knew in advance that if the repair would be easy and fast, the cost will be the same. The next day the technician came, very knowledgeable. He made a diagnosis and fixed the problem. It felt easy, guess what, it feels easy when you watch Usan Bolt winning the Olympic, same idea! The washing machine is back in business and I learn a new trick to maintain it, so all good!
