Shay responded promptly to my inquiry, came when he said he would, quickly identified the cause of the leak and made an inexpensive repair that should allow us to continue using our 7-yr old washer leak-free for a long time. He also made a note of the part needed for a full repair, should we have problems down the road. Excellent service!
