From beginning to end a great dream-home buying experience with Kelly Smith. Kelly's relaxed yet attentive attitude, attention to detail, and straight-up approach was refreshing and reassuring. We got solid advice we believe only a seasoned professional could give which, helped us weigh options and make the best decisions throughout the customization process. This was especially useful as we worked to strike the fine balance between 'everything we desired' and our budget.

We are very happy with our new home. It is everything we hoped it would be when we first walked in through Kelly's show-home front door and told him what we wanted. Based on past performance, we are optimistic Pacesetter will take care of the (minimal) adjustments every new home needs once you move in.

We built our new home The Rockford With Diane at Timberidge of Pacesetter Homes. The process of building a new home can be very daunting but Diane is excellent at making all of the details easier to manage. Diane is very knowledgeable and has made many great design suggestions that we incorporated into our house. She is very professional and always keeps in contact whenever we reach out to her. Our dream home has been something our family has been working towards for a long time and we have been very happy that we chose pacesetter and Diane to help us make this dream a reality.

This is just a reflection on the sales person! Not the actual build. That is a completely other matter that is almost the opposite opinion. After 3 Years of having built with pacesetter i have no positives to attribute to this company...nor do i recommend them. Do your self a favour and save your time, peace of mind and money. Go with some other builder.

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with pacesetter and and our sales representative Tracy! Tracy was extremely helpful and informative with everything we inquired about and really tried to give us the best home we could ever want. She put her best foot forward with helping us modify our home to meet our needs and the whole pacesetter team has been a breeze to deal with!

Sue and Patty from Pacesetter were amazing in helping me purchase my first home. They explained everything to me and were just as excited for me when everything worked out as my friends and family. They were always willing to answer questions and take me to visit the house before my possession date.
