Tech came in to fix my fridge. A simple issue-- the ice was not dispensing, mind you my fridge was still making ice and cooling. FAST FORWARD TO 4 VISITS and 2 and a half weeks later MY FRIDGE IS DEAD AND NO ONE IS ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS MAJOR SCREW UP. your technicians are invalid.

Refrigerator and Ice dispenser repairs

Ice breaker was down for years and when the water dispenser line froze up, we finally decided to get it looked at! WELL!!!! What a pain free and exceptional experience thanks to this wonderful company! Denton came on two occasions however wouldn't charge us for two separate visits since he had to return with a part which needed to be ordered! He came equipped with all his pandemic appropriate PPE, was courteous, professional and very very competent! Not only was he a great ambassador for EW Appliance Service but he was an all around GREAT guy!!! What a pleasant experience! Thanks so much to the entire EW team!!! Happy hour starts now!!! We have ICE!!!

Dishwasher Replacement

Replaced a dishwasher in September 2018. Denton was punctual and courteous. He was quick and efficient with the installation. Very careful and helpful with helping us get rid of the old dishwasher. Started prepping for tax season today, came upon his receipt and realized I did not write a review to compliment his work yet. Better late than never. Thank you EW Appliance, for the hassle-free service.

Positive ratings so decided to give them a try.
Denton was at my door on a Sunday at 8 am sharp.
Very polite & professional. He cleaned as he worked and took the time to explain what he was doing. Advised me I needed a wire hose versus plastic that I had. He offered to carry old dishwasher to garage with assistance.
Will definitely keep as my contact. Call them, you will not be disappointed. Great job Denton and also to the lady that answers the calls. Well Done.

They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Leaking dishwasher repair was completed quickly. Marcel was great. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again
