To my delight, he was here at 11 a.m.no waiting around
He was very neat and efficient, replacing my unit with a new one (under the warranty)

This was warranty replacement. They were on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. The also took care of registration of the new unit for warranty and took the old unit for recycling. It was completely painless. Highly recommended

The Brick needs a better repair company! 2 months later my dryer still isnt fixed. Stopped working a month after purchase. Wont return calls.

Excellent work, thorough, detail oriented, professional, polite, clean, punctual. There was a lot of LINT BUILDUP in the clothes dryer foil VENT from over the years, and Denton, the Technician from E.W. Appliance Service, got all that built up LINT out of the foil VENT that goes from the back of the clothes dryer to the outside of the house. Denton also removed the lint from the outside opening of the vent, from outside the house, and got everything CLEAN OUT. I hope more home owners get their clothes dryer VENT cleaned out ... and E.W. Appliance Service seems to be THE ONLY COMPANY that does this type of work. i had tried to find appliance repair and maintenance companies to do this work, but E.W. Appliance company was THE ONLY ONE I found that does this type of work to clean out the lint buildup from the clothes dryer vent. I highly recommend E.W. Appliance Service in Toronto / Peel Region (Brampton).

The service technician, Denton, was punctual, professional, tidy And took time to explain what the issues were with our garburator. There were no coats associated with our service because it was under warranty. Denton was very easy to work with and was pleasant!

I have used Denton's service for the past 2 newly built homes within the last 6 years.
On the 1st installation of washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with waterline, wall oven, microwave and cooktop. With no issues after installation. Been in the first location for 5 & 1/2 years and no call for a follow up.
Again, went this company again for all of the same items and it's been a couple weeks now and everything is neatly and professionally installed.
