A spring in my garage door broke unexpectedly and I needed it repaired asap . I checked the Home Stars site and found a reference to Dortech Garage Doors Inc with a high approval rating. I called them and spoke to their rep Sal. He came to my house within 20 minutes, confirmed the problem, and recommended a solution. We agreed on a price, and he completed the repair within 45 minutes to my complete satisfaction !
