A couple years back I worked with Andrew to do a condo Reno. I was pleased with the work so I hired him to do a fairly significant Reno on a older home I just purchased in Toronto. Unfortunately there were a few delays along the way because of some unknown surprises so this slowed down the project. He did about 30% of the agreed contract but when it was time for Andrew to complete his work he decided that he no longer wanted to work on this project. My understanding is he took on way too many projects to handle so it was easier to just leave then to fulfill his agreement. I never thought he would do this to me given our history. I referred so much work to him and paid on time and he screwed me out of a lot money. Also a lot of the work he did was really bad and we need to rip it all out and start fresh. This is what happens when most of your workers are sub trades
If he can leave my job he will leave your job so please please beware!!!
