STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They do not respond to customer complaints in a timely manner and goofed up on the booking (they confirm the booking, then cancel and then show up)!
Took them several weeks and many phone calls and emails to get back to me. They overcharge on junk disposal and do not provide official weight documents at the landfill site despite numerous requests. My landfill charges were more than my garbage pick up even though they told me it was going to be 1/3 in person.
Moreover, they charge disposal fees AFTER one month (claim it is their right to charge it anytime bc they are so backlogged - I think it is because they hope you wouldn't notice!) and their in person estimate is gravely LESS than what they end up charging you. Terrible customer service. Shady business.

We are sadden by your review. We will use this a learning lesson and hope that other customers will never feel like this again. We pride ourselves on our customer service and I will look into this further. When it comes to landfill being more than the load size this is usually due to heavy dense materials. So yes, it may have taken only a little amount of space but it weights are even heavier. So because you pay for the load size and the landfill this is why the difference. We are going through major transitions and yes we have been backlogged. but this was not excuse for the poor service your received. We are a growing company with growing pains and you just happened to be a part it. We do apologize and hope that there was something we could do to win your service back.
