no show , didn't finish the job.

I hired this person to replace the pot light outside and inside the house. From the first day, they didn't come on time and would finish it in one day, but he said he would come the next day because he couldn't buy pot lights. He told me will come next day 10 in the morning. but they showed up at 2 , they told me they can finish in 2 hours. I took my half day work from work. I was planning to go back to work after finish, but they finish it at 10pm, so I had to call the office need to take full day off. . He even said he would bring another ladder the next day because he couldn't finish it. But he didn't come. So he said he would come next week, but now he hasn't appeared yet after a few months. And the ceiling that I worked on was a mess, and I had to make a hole everywhere and call someone to paint again. And after it was over, I didn't clean properly, and I made the house very dirty, so I had to clean it until dawn. I really regret choosing this company.

Large Scale Chandelier Installation

I called GTALighting because I was referred to them by an interior designer that uses them all the time. She said if you want the job done right and perfect call these guys.

Spoke to Ray on the phone and he came out to see the project in the next couple of days...he told me the complexity of the fixture is high and because it required a ton of assembly it would cost roughly $950.

Ray and is partner came the following week as promised and delivered fantastic results. Not only did the fixture look amazing he beat is quote by $150. These guys work fast and have great knowledge of the mechanics of fixtures.

I have recommended and referred his services to my friends and work colleagues. They represented well.

Chandelier installation and removal

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with GTA lighting for an installation, removal & delivery of the old chandelier to a local consignment shop. I had to chase him & was given the runaround for when this pick & delivery could be done. The final straw was when Ray came back & said the 1st quote he gave me was too low & then gave me a higher quote! I find this completely unprofessional. He just gave me a higher quote to deter me from asking him to finish the job.
