You will be glad to have Frank on your side! He was extremely thorough and detailed when performing my home inspection. He answered my many questions and best of all, was able to lay out for me what were must-fixes, and how to prioritize everything else. Home maintenance and improvement is an ongoing process but great people like Frank can help you break it down and make it less daunting.
