Not a reliable company. Mold came back and they wouldn't honor the warranty!
We hired this company after purchasing our home to help remove mold in coldroom detected during home inspection. One of the reasons we chose them is because they offered 25 years warranty. Few years of their remediation work the mold grew back. We contacted them and they said the product they used rxremedy is no longer on the market as the company supplying it went bankrupt therefore they no longer honor the warranty. We had a contract with Eco Power Environmental company not with the company whose product they used. Needless to say we are very upset of how they handled the whole situation and left us stranded and as a result we are in the process of referring this to our lawyer.

We don't warranty the product we use . Warranty was issued by manufacture of product. #2 it clearly states on contract that home owner is responsible to maintain humidity and water leakage to areas ew have worked on. Work we did in cold room is odviously leaking or has humidity problems otherwise it is impossible for Mould to grow if area is dry, so let's not jump to conclusions and blame the company or product they used.Simply stated if cold cellar was kept dry by homeowner there would not be any Mould, so please remove this as it is unjustified.
