Euro Star Windows And Doors Ontario

I had been looking to replace all the ~20 yr old wood windows in my house for the last 3 years or so. I got quotes from a short list of 5 companies (researched all these companies for about a year). After speaking with dozens of people in the industry, visiting them at the home show, visiting their showroom 3 times, Eurostar was on the only company that I was 100% confident could deliver on all the specs I was looking for (sounds reduction, thermal qualities, structural, etc). The Eurostar team worked with me (back and forward x50) on all aspects of design to logistics of installation (tilt & turn windows are 20x more difficult to install that Cdn windows; their main installer Melik has the best workmanship I have ever seen in the industry). They supported me through this entire project (it was very complex; they could have easily told me to take a hike) and the outcome was nothing less than breath taking. Not the cheapest (don’t cheap out on windows and doors!), but the value I got was much better than the $50k I spent. Thanks Igor, Eli and Melik. Unbelievable workmanship quality and detail in ALL parts of the project. These windows will last for 100 years. Save yourself the time and just call them.

I searched for quite a while to find a company that had a good product, as well as a good reputation for service. I was very pleased with both aspects. Eurostar stand behind their commitments. They went above and beyond in the service area, and I love the doors. I would highly recommend them.

We needed to replace our wooden windows. Having lived in Europe for a time we were quite impressed with the European style of windows. As a spring trade show we learned that we can purchase this type here in Ottawa at Eurostar. We are VERY pleased with ther service both by the office staff and the work done by the installers. The office staff were very knowledgeable and made us aware of the various options. On site, the installers were professional. Their work was well done and they cleaned up after themselves at the end of the work day.
The windows are amazing. They were installed airtight. Before these windows we could hear street noises and sounds of neighbours' lawnmowers, etc. With these new windows we do not. Our guests and neighbours have been impressed with these windows and several have asked more information about this company and their products. We are very pleased with th our whole experience with Eurostar Ottawa and recommend their services.

We had our upstairs windows and patio door replaced, and are enjoying them immensely. Eurostar were knowledgeable, professional and prompt. They were reasonably accurate predicting the delivery schedule, and got the job done in quick order when the windows were ready. There were no bad surprises and the job has been well done.

I recently replaced 3 sets of doors and had a positive experience with the entire team at the Toronto/Vaughan Euro Star office. The staff is knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. From sales (Eli) very patient and thorough in explaining the products, to installation (Danny & Domenic) quick, clean and experienced installers. They advised what would work best and that is exactly what we received. I highly recommend Euro Star!

Our 40 year old Stittsville condo had several replacement windows of poor quality along with mostly original wood windows and metal sliders on a sunroom. Eurostar replaced all with European style windows plus a front door. When they arrived form Germany one pane was broken and Eurostar filled it with a temporary pane available in Canada and brought in a new one from Europe. To make matters more complex, the windows were sent from Germany with the openers reversed. Through all this, Eurostar kept us confident that they would finish the work perfectly done, and they did. They planned dates for installation and kept them. We have seldom worked with tradespeople and suppliers who provided such a combination of quality product, solid service and very agreeable customer relations.

I had to replace all of my 40 year old windows. I absolutely love my new windows! Thanks to Christina who advised me to enlarge bedroom windows (I didn’t know I could). And a big thank you to Ashley and Chris who installed the windows expertly and left absolutely no mess!

Jim from Burlington Eurostar Windows is the best! He promptly came to my house to measure and talked about selection, quality, what needed to be done for the space and how soon I could get the work done. The workmen were on time and very experienced. The end result is just beautiful! We also put in new window inserts in the front and back door. The whole place looks harmonized now. I've gone back to Jim with more window projects as I renovate my old house. Highly recommended!

I had to replace all my wood frame windows and wood doors this year. I did my research and chose Eurostar. Their quote wasnt the cheapest nor the most expensive but in my view it represented a fair price for the product. I also chose eurostar because I wanted a european tilt and turn window for egress in the basement. Quality, security and ease of operation were important in that environment. Eurostar installed within a reasonable time frame. Because i live in an old house there was a small amount of damage to teim and casings and so on, but Eurostar were committed to making it look perfect!
