Eurostar replaced all the windows at our home and delivered an excellent product and service to us. We received quotes from various companies and although Eurostar's quote was very similar to the other companies, Jim's knowledge and response time to our questions and concerns were fantastic. So we decided on Eurostar and we were not disappointed.
Jim paid attention to what our needs were for the windows and guided us to find the best solution for our budget.
We are extremely happy with the quality of the windows. The installation was done very well and the team was on time and cleaned up when done.
I can definitely recommend Eurostar and we plan on using them again in future for new doors.

We are very pleased with the work that Euro Star Windows and Doors did on our home. We had two bathroom windows, one bedroom window and one dining room window removed and replaced; also had aluminum trim installed over two patio sliding doors. Jim the project boss was friendly and knowledgeable and always kept us informed as to the status. Ilya and Dimitri did the actual work and they were great! Skilled, fast and friendly. We did a small scale RFP and EuroStar windows were the best vendor, they had a professional and responsive sales team and a reasonable price. Replaced windows look great so far and their installers did a professional job.

We wanted tilt and turn windows and not many companies offer them. Now that they are installed, we love our new windows and new entry door is amazing too. Everybody from Eurostar went above and beyond to make us happy customers. We shopped around before we decided to chose Eurostar so we can compare them to other companies and they are the best. My wife and I were both familiar with the European style tilt and turn windows, but we never realized that they were available in Canada. We found Euro Star windows and right from the very start, they were amazing to deal with. Norm and Igor made sure all our pre-sale and post-sale questions were answered quickly and professionally. Melik, George and Yuri were outstanding installers. They worked none-stop (despite some crazy hot days) and they were so detailed and exact in their work that they got everything done in 4 days (19 windows and 3 doors!). Their craftsmanship and knowledge is very impressive and they were very friendly and professional.
Now let me talk about the actual WINDOWS! I am not exaggerating when i say that our house feels like a completely different house. We feel so much more connected to the outdoors thanks to how wide the windows open. Not only are the windows great quality (German made), not only do the black windows and grills look gorgeous (we have been getting compliments from neighbours and strangers every day) but the impact the tilt and turn windows have had on the airflow in our house is unbelievable. It has been 30C+ for 2 weeks since we got them and only very rarely have we actually had to turn on the AC. The new windows allow great air circulation and have kept the house nice and cool. The blinds have also been awesome. They fit right into the inside frame of the windows and so you can leave the blinds down even when opening the windows wide or tilting them open. This has allowed us to block out the sun during the day while still allowing the air to flow through the house.
We got a few different quotes for new windows and the Euro Star quote was in the middle, but i have no doubt they are by far the best quality window, from the best team out there! I was resistant to get new windows due to the big cost that comes with it, but right now i only wish i had done this years ago, as I am enjoying my house like never before.
