Jim at Eurostar was co-operative, eager to please and willing to go the extra mile to produce a spectacular front door. The installer put in many hours and brought excellent results. We love our front door and would recommend this company.

Igor and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I've replaced several windows and expanded the sliding door height as suggested by Igor, and it looks absolutely amazing. Installers have done a wonderful job and I would recommend them.

I have had all my windows done by Euro Star. I dealt with Jim as the sales person and the installer was Malek. I have had a good rapport with both of them. Malek is a very patient, attention to detail and does a superb installation and leaves no corners undone. I wish I had Malek do all my windows . I have no complaints but all good things to say. I sincerely hope that I continue to have this good service and rapport with them in the future. I would recommend Malek to anyone.

This is the second time I have hired these guys (Igor, sales and Melik, installer). This job was to install new windows and a new front door for our front addition. We recently installed the Euro star tilt and turn windows for our house. The windows are beautiful and work really well. We got great customer service. They took a little time to receive (since coming from Europe), but were well worth the wait.

SALES: Igor was very thorough in explaining various options and there advantages and disadvantages.INSTALL: Phil proved to highly experienced and meticulous in his finishing. Great sense of humour as well.The neighbours have been effusive in their remarks on the completed look.

Eurostar did our new European door and it looks great. Vlad and Mike(I think) did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the door and anxiously awaiting our custom glass. Les was very good at explaining all of our options and what was available to us in our situation. The team at Eurostar went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied customers and said that they would even return in the winter to adjust the door once it had settled.
