WOW! Our experience with Eurostar Windows has been second to none. We would like to give a special thanks to Jim the most non-pushy, real, down to earth person we have ever come across in the sales industry. His knowledge and expertize and guidance of his product enabled us to get the best windows to suit our home for efficiency and sound as well as helping me pick out my unique one of a kind feature door (which I absolutely love)! Even though Jim encouraged us to go and get more quotes I already knew we had the best quote and the best person who had our best interest at heart. He also came to our house 2nd and 3rd day of the job to make sure we were happy with everything. Like I said one of a kind sales rep.
Then there was Malek (and his assistant) whom we could not thank enough the nicest, most meticulous and precise installer, who took his time to make sure everything was perfect. As a perfectionist myself I had no problem with the long hours and late nights only a great appreciation for the care he took in his job!
I believe Eurostar Windows are the best Canadian made quality windows you can get! I still poke my windows to see if they have glass cause you cant really tell!

Very professional staff from sales to installation. The crew worked quickly and tidily. The company management were responsive to some concerns we had with some minor adjustments to our front door which came from Germany.

Very high quality windows and doors. Dramatically lower heating bill and noise levels with our new windows. We've had many comments from our neighbours about the difference in appearance of our home. We will be using EuroStars again when we replace some windows in our sunroom.

We replaced 9 windows over 2 days. From the sales, follow up through to installation Eurostar was professional and friendly. Very comptitive pricing and accommodating.

The finishing on the frames (nail marks) could have been better and there could have been more care to cover furniture and clean up. For the amount of work done they seemed rushed and finished late into the evening.

Eurostar Windows showed up schedule, which is rare these days. Not only were we happy with the quality of our windows, the installation was top quality also. We now know that if we need any services that Eurostar can provide that we need not look anywhere else.

We used EuroStar to do the windows out at our cottage north of the city. We were so pleased with the service and quality, we actually got them to do some window replacement at my in-laws house.

They've got fantastic prices, but still give the level of service any home-owner HOPES for.

Most manufacturers only have a few lines of windows with pros and cons to each. David and his team allow you to pick and choose every different component to build your window to the standard and budget you want. His service was impeccable throughout the process. I would recommend Eurostar to anyone of all budgets.
