We recently renovated our kitchen, a big project that began with replacing a number of windows and a sliding door. From the initial consultation with Maha and Jim, to delivery and installation of the product, we could not be more happy and highly recommend the company for anyone looking to replace their windows. The pricing is highly competitive and the product of great quality. Our installation team consisted of Danny, Brad and Ofir - they were very efficient, completing the work in one day. 10/10

I recently replaced 7 windows with Eurostar Windows and Doors in Burlington. Jim, the regional manager of the Burlington office, is very knowledgeable in window and door technologies. My decision to do business with Eurostar was driven mainly by the tilt and turn windows made in Germany (everything is made and assembled in Germany and then shipped to Canada for installation). The quality of those German windows is clearly above the standard offering in Canada. These windows are made to last. I have seen German-style windows made by Canadian suppliers, but they do not come close to the quality of the real German made ones. The workmanship of any window installation is very important, and it was clear that both Ilya and Dima are very experienced and professional installers. Another great feature of the German windows is that their design brings superior noise reduction. My bedroom faces a feeder street, and the new windows made the bedroom very quiet.
The real test for a supplier is how they handle a situation when something does not go as planned. One of the windows I ordered was wide and consistent of 2 sections, each one with a tilt and turn opening. The window that was delivered has one fixed side and one opening side. Jim readily acknowledged that a mistake had occurred and offered me to re-order a new window or to accept a credit. I decided to go with the re-ordering the window, and he graciously accepted my request without trying to put any pressure on me to accept the current window with a credit. I was very pleased with his professionalism in this matter. Too many times, I have heard horror stories with suppliers, but you can rest assured that Eurostar Windows and Doors is a first class outfit.

Eurostar is your only choice if you want; Quality, selection, workmanship, and excellent value for the price you pay. The owner takes his time to explain the construction of his product and answers all question. They are most accommodating with installation dates and installers are top notch. As they completed the installation, they asked if I was satisfied and made minor adjustments without hesitation.
As an Interior Designer, I don't often give recommendations. However, Eurostar deserves all my praise - My house sustained extensive damage during the 2018 tornado. The roof was blown off but the Eurostar door survived without a scratch.

We are in the process of a major renovation project at our church located in Hamilton, Ontario. The windows replacement is a major part of the overall project and we invested signifacant time looking at different products in the market.

After carefull evaluation of different offers received taking quality, waarenty, and pricing into consideration; we elected to purchase the Euro Stars windows manufactured in Germany.

We were looking for a secure , good looking and low maintenance entry door. After endless visits at the big box stores and always seeing the same product we start searching the net for European Entry doors. From the moment we called to the day the doors arrived we felt comfortable with Jim from Eurostar in Burlington. Great Service on the selection , updating on the delivery date and an outstanding Installation Contractor (Igor). We are having the doors and the one tilt and turn window for almost one year. Even after installation Jim is always there to answer questions. Two weeks ago we received a call from Eurostar and they were wondering if we are satisfied with the product. Yes, we are and this called made me write this review. If you're looking for great windows and doors , keep Eurostar Burlington on your list. They're not the cheapest but the quality and service is the best with unique products.

Dave and everyone at the office were amazing to deal with! They were friendly, courteous and very professional with very competitive pricing. Their install procedures were fast, efficient, detail-oriented, professional and clean. I have now used them on 3 different projects, including my commercial office space, and I would highly recommend them!

Jim was very helpful in helping us choose the right window for each and ever room. His crew was very efficient and professional. They did not cut corners but did a great job installing the window. They cleaned up around and in the house after completion of the install without having to ask them. My wife and I are very impressed with the overall service of Jim and his install crew and most of all the windows, especially the New kitchen window we can not believe the difference it made to the room.
