Perfectly done as per estimate with stronger material. 15 years warranty while competitor offered 5 years instead. Parm is very professional and sincere. He and his staff tried to complete the whole job even though there could have thunderstorm on the way. Luckily they finished before that.

Had soffit fascia and eavestroughs done on my home. Courteous and professional crew that did a great job.

I am very pleased with the results. It all looks fantastic. However, it would be nice if they came and finished the job. I had a flat area of roofing to be done. I opted to have someone else do this for me. The roof needed to be done before the fascia could be completed, so, I had that done believing the person doing it would be able to put up the fascia. However, I was mistaken. He did not have the tools to do it, so we called up Alpha to have them come finish. We were told it would be a week or two. It has now been 3 weeks. I am very disappointed with this. This is a small area requiring little time to complete. And for this reason I am left unsatisfied. I shouldn't have to pay someone else to complete this reno for me. I have paid for the services rendered which includes this unfinished area. I also have yet to receive a copy of the final invoice, which also leaves me unsatisfied. If they had finished this I would give them a five star review. It all looks fabulous. Well, I just had a call from Alpha, they are coming next week now. We shall see what happens. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reno/repairs.

I have a satellite company and one of my tech drill through the siding to bring cable inside the house and I called Alpha Exteriors to change 2 pieces of the siding. First thing we they finished they didn't clip one of the siding piece and they came the next day to do it and they said we didn't have the right tool to do it when we came the first time( If you don't have all your tools do go to any customer and if you missing some thing tell the customer that you are not done and you will come next day to finish you job)
after checking the job they did we found that the trim on the top of the door was cut short and I can't believe some one like them will do such a bad job.
As well when they removed some of the pieces they left where the tap open and didn't fix it.

Parm is a real blessing. He is professional, on time, courteous and a complete perfectionist. The job was quoted quickly with all materials being used well explained, I was offered an extensive written warranty, he has great reviews and is a member of the BBB. The team was on time all the time and Parm was there to oversee every step. They finished by cleaning up everything needed and even came back the next day to install the rain barrels I had just purchased. Great gentlemen, hard working team, highly recommended.

I was shown the extra quality of material used in the gutters and corners. Also shown the extra steps this company goes to especially on finishing screws and high end leaf guard install. Work was meticulous and professional. Cleanup was well done. Other companies just give a quote. Alpha Exteriors will show you what they use. Price was also lowest of those that quoted. Would highly recommend this company.

Very good service and price. Would recommend. Had a warranty issue and was upset about a $75 "service fee" that wasn't covered to replace some brackets. But they were willing to mail them to me and let me install them myself.
