I have a satellite company and one of my tech drill through the siding to bring cable inside the house and I called Alpha Exteriors to change 2 pieces of the siding. First thing we they finished they didn't clip one of the siding piece and they came the next day to do it and they said we didn't have the right tool to do it when we came the first time( If you don't have all your tools do go to any customer and if you missing some thing tell the customer that you are not done and you will come next day to finish you job)
after checking the job they did we found that the trim on the top of the door was cut short and I can't believe some one like them will do such a bad job.
As well when they removed some of the pieces they left where the tap open and didn't fix it.

Hi Ammar,
Once again, my apologies that you feel the job was not done right but I would like to explain these issues.
For the siding not being clipped in, I admit that this was my fault and I should have double checked there. However, despite our extremely busy schedule for the next day, I still came as soon as I could to fix the issue with the siding not being clipped in.
For the missing tool, I had forgotten the smaller tool in my other truck but the larger one worked just fine. The tool had nothing to do with clipping in the piece of siding.
For the pipe not being fixed, it was like that before we came. From the picture you can see that the piece of siding around the pipe is heavily warped and that cannot be caused by replacing siding above it.
Lastly for the trim being short, that is as far as it could go without interfering with the siding. What the other company had done to extend that trim was put a notch in it so that half of the trim was behind the siding and the other half was in front of it. This is what caused the problem in the first place so I did not want to replicate that.
